Return Policy

​At REVALUE, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order. As a small, independent fashion label, our shipping schedule is intentionally limited to ensure quality handling and mindful logistics.

 

Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed and prepared within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If this applies to your order, we will notify you accordingly.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated after dispatch:

  • The Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and local customs procedures. REVALUE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number (where available), so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. REVALUE cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Any additional shipping costs resulting from failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

At REVALUE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. At the same time, we operate as a small, independent fashion label, producing limited and carefully crafted pieces. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price (unless stated otherwise)

This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of a defective or faulty item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as REVALUE cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
